§ 1 commissioning

§ 2 costs

§ 3 rental agreement

§ 12 Severability clause
Should one of the provisions be or become ineffective in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In this case, there is an obligation to replace the ineffective regulations with regulations that come closest to what was originally intended. Otherwise, the statutory provisions apply.
§ 13 German law and place of jurisdiction
German law is applied to the present legal relationship. The place of jurisdiction is Osnabrück if the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law or does not have a place of residence in Germany.
